1. You don’t RENT a property to an international Company , You sign a management agreement with them & they step in to run it.
2. The property will need to be up to Brand standard, i.e
Security checks & procedures in place.
Rooms: LCD screens in rooms, Linen & Towels need to be a certain measurement & thread count, cleanliness, mini bar, safes in each room etc
