Published March 11, 2010 | CheapCarribean.com is an internet based travel company, based in Pennsylvania. It promises great, cheap, often all inclusive travel. The actual experience is awful, hotel w/o elevators, illness, no response at all, stonewalling. Lies to BBB, which does nothing. I’m a senior who feel fleeced. Help.
Have you tried to contact the Pennsylvania Attorney Generals Office. Pennsylvania or the state you live in may have a consumer protection act. Good luck!
