VacationExpress usually has better prices than Apple. I think it’s because they use charters whereas Apple uses commercial airlines. So maybe you won’t earn frequent flyer points, but you’ll save some money.

If you’re thinking about the type of all-inclusive deal like Sandals has, there aren’t any in Hawaii. Kona Village Resort on the Big Island of Hawai’i has a similar concept though. Check out the link I have provided below.
