is it cheaper to buy ticket online or at airport?

When it’s cheapest to fly depends on where you’re starting from and where you want to go. Winter is often a cheaper place to fly except if you’re going to a warm weather destination or to a ski area. The holidays will be higher though because there’s a high demand. Mid-week is often cheaper to fly and sometimes very early flights are cheaper. It’s cheaper to buy your tickets in advance and you’ll usually get a better deal on-line where you can shop around and compare fares than going to the airport.

Usually tuesday, wednesday and thursday are the cheapest. As for month, it depends on where you are going and what its peak travel season is. Generally traveling around the holidays, spring break and summer are most expensive. I suspect January – April are the cheapest times, since that is the time of year when people spend the least amount of money. Buying a ticket online is cheaper for sure. Also buying a ticket about a month before you travel will usually be cheapest.
